DISPATCH
VITAMIN B₁₇, Laetrile - Amigdalina Products are shipped from the supplier to you, so you always get fresh product.
Supplements are shipped from the USA Supplier direct to you.
XYZ Formulated Products are shipped directly from XYZ-Wellbeing in Colombia.

DELIVERY

We cannot guarantee delivery as we are not the carrier that performs that service.Â Once we complete your shipment with the carrier, the freight delivery system takes over.

If your shipment does not arrive, contact us and we will run a trace on the shipment.Â Each customer normally has a tracking number on their shipment.Â This is e-mailed to you.Â Other than that, there is nothing we can do.Â You can register a complaint with the carrier.Â In the meantime, we have done what we can to explain the process, and therefore we cannot provide a refund for non-delivery of the shipment.

REFUND POLICY
1. There are no refunds after 7 days from delivery or 14 days from the invoice date.
2. The refund will only be the product cost, less a 25% restocking fee.
3. Any bottles, packages, etc., that have the seal broken will not be refunded.
4. The customer must pay postage to return the package for a refund;Â prior to returning the package you must obtain an approval number from XYZ.
5. Please allow 21 business days after sending the package for the refund to be processed and a credit issued to be applied to your credit card - PayPal account.

For customers from India, Brazil, Honduras, Germany and South America:

It seems impossible to ship ANY vitamin or nutritional product to India, Brazil, Honduras, Germany and South American countries.

Up to now all customers in these countries have had the product shipped to a friend or family member, and that person hand-carries the product on a personal trip to the target country.Â We have no reports of any problems with Customs in these countries with this method of transportation.

There are no refunds for shipments to these countries.

For Customers in Australia:

It is mandatory that you request a TGA form and fax or e-mail us a copy of it so we can send your order with this document enclosed.Â It is also important that the signed-by-your-doctor copy of this formÂ is faxed to the TGA as well, along with a letter from you confirming that you are the importer and that the goods are for you; you must includeÂ your address for delivery.Â Otherwise, we are not responsible for a package held by Customs and/or destroyed by Customs.Â They may destroy product that enters the country without prior approval. Â This statement applies to all products with an emphasis on Laetrile Vitamin B₁₇.
