The System Manuals Explain All

The XYZ-Wellbeing System is fully explained in a series of manuals that provide you with day-to-day guidance, instruction and support.  They show you what to do, what to avoid, and how to maximize every situation.

The Instruction Manual

It is a compact 200-page well organized indexed book giving a detailed explanation of the XYZ-Wellbeing System, together with a summary of various therapies.

A fundamental aspect of The XYZ-Wellbeing System is nutrition, mind, body and soul.
Our belief is that with proper nutrition, 1 + 1 = 3.
This manual contains an assortment of various natural remedies, all of which you may consider.

 


The Daily Manual

This is your day-to-day guide, mentor and friend through the XYZ-Wellbeing System.  It is divided into many sections.  Each section is designed to help you monitor your health.  It has a four-week daily program sheet that you design, based on your own needs.

There are sections:

  • To graph your blood results – this is recommended weekly for the first four weeks.  It's funny isn't it, how for our car we have a service book, and we know everything that has been done to it. However, with your body, or your family's bodies, what drugs, what treatments have you or they had since you came into this world?

  • To graph how you feel on a daily basis.

  • For medical and nutritional notes.

  • A program for your five major health challenges.

The Warnings Book

It contains research on many commonplace aspects of daily life that may contribute to ill health - such as the dangers of some personal care products and their ingredients.  It also contains cosmetic warnings and discussion on radiation, mammograms, HRT, sugar, aspartame and other artificial sweeteners, “oils ain't oils,” canola oils, soy, fluoridation, antacids, x-rays...and lots more.

The Personal Reprogramming Book

The Personal Reprogramming Book teaches you self-control and assists in helping you maintain a positive attitude.  It may help with emotional turmoil, sleeplessness and pain. Some of the topics included are: Journey Therapy, Meditation, Exercise, 22/11, 30-day Mental Fast, Sound Therapy, EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique, My Perfect Day in Five Years.
