The XYZ-Wellbeing Franchisor team will review applications and select a number of highly motivated individuals, and then will train them to become XYZ-Wellbeing Practitioners. You don't have to have a medical background. What is important is that you care about what you do and that you want to make a difference. You do have to be positive, successful and confident. You must pass an evaluation and a background check. You also must be financially sound, and have some qualifications and years of experience in the wellness industry. You may already be qualified in the wellness industry;  this may help to contribute to your schooling and lessen the wellness training costs. You may be a nurse or a medical person wanting this type of business as an investment; but, whichever you are, for the integrity of our name and reputation, and for the financial future of the franchises as a whole, you and your staff will be screened carefully and once accepted, you will be part of a team of other very special people. After you complete some home correspondence schooling, and this will vary from person to person depending on your past wellness experience, you will be traveling to our XYZ-Wellbeing ReTreat Facility - our Head Office -  for the practical hands-on training and certification. Once you have completed the XYZ-Wellbeing training and qualify, our team will travel and assist you in the opening of your XYZ-Wellbeing Franchise Center.
